Metal fabrication in North Little Rock

Metal Fabrication Coordinated With the Whole Assembly

CRMM provides one-off, small-production, architectural, and mixed-material metalwork for projects where metal must coordinate with wood, hardware, finishes, field conditions, and installation.

Start With Function and Interface

The useful starting point is not simply “a metal part.” It is the part’s job: what it supports, connects to, clears, carries, protects, or finishes. Drawings, dimensions, loads, attachment conditions, tolerances, finish expectations, quantity, schedule, and access help us define a buildable scope.

Typical Metalwork Applications

  • Frames, bases, brackets, supports, and mounting components
  • Architectural trim, guards, screens, panels, and specialty details
  • Mixed-material furniture and millwork assemblies
  • Repairs, modifications, prototypes, and short-run components

Finish and Material Compatibility

Material, fabrication method, surface preparation, finish, hardware, and exposure conditions are considered together. When metal meets wood or another finish-sensitive material, connection details and sequencing are coordinated to reduce avoidable field conflicts.

From Drawing to Assembly

Depending on the project, our scope may include design-assist, shop drawings, samples, cutting, forming, welding, fit-up, finish coordination, delivery, and installation. The proposal identifies the included processes and the information still required before fabrication.

Show Us the Interface

Send the drawings, dimensions, material and finish direction, quantity, schedule, and installation conditions. We will review how the metalwork fits the complete project.
